This project was the development of an HTML/FTP GUI control panel running on a Rabbit RCM3000 using TCP/IP for the remote control of a high speed digital video/data recorder for distributed control and file upload/download functions. The back end of the RCM3000 connected to an ALTERA gate array and communicated information via a proprietary command set for control of the DVR. ACME was responsible for defining the command set and interfacing to the base hardware devloped by WideBand Video.
